Ingredients:
Seitan
Lettuce
Mushrooms
Red Onion
Veganaise
Mustard
Cajun Spice
Whole Wheat Bun or other bread
Directions:
1. Toast whole wheat bun
2. Sautee mushroom, red onion and seitan. Sprinkle with Cajun Spice
3. Prep toasted buns with veganaise, mustard and lettuce
4. Pile high
5. Eat your heart out!
Lazy tip: Pre prepped veggies and seitan make for a quick and yummy sandwich!
