Curry (to taste)
Can of beans (I used chick peas)
Red Bell Pepper
(I also added mushrooms and put it over roasted cauliflower)
1. Put your chickpeas, onions and peppers in a pot and heat
2. Add the coconut yogurt
3. Stir until it bubbles
4. Add scallions
5. Eat your heart out!
Cosmo was really trying to get to it, probably because it smelled sooo yummy!
Lazy tip: Few ingredients for a quick and flavorful side! Add more yogurt if you'd like it to be creamier.
